A commission schedule of:

Compute Semi-Monthly:

  • 40 basis points on purchase and non-lender refi's if production is up to $350,000
  • 50 basis points on purchase and non-lender refi's if production is up to $700,000
  • 60 basis points on purchase and non-lender refi's if production is over $700,000
  • 40 basis points lender refi loans.
  • $50 for each broker loan closed
  • 25% over/100% short if production up to $300,000
  • 50% over/100% short if production $300,000+

Compute Monthly:

  • $200 if 10-19 loans closed; $300 if 20+ closed (auto allowance)
  • If monthly production is between $500,000 and $700,000 then pay an additional 5% on conventional loans (bonus)
  • If monthly production is between $700,000 and $1,250,000 then pay an additional 7% on conventional loans
  • If monthly production is over $1,250,000 then pay an additional 10% on conventional loans
