EMS contains screens for tracking dates by function, such as insuring and final document tracking. Logging and tracking exceptions through a common set of screens gives you the ability to cross train employees and possibly combine job functions.

The reporting capabilities of EMS are limitless. By using any ODBC compliant reporting tool such as Seagate's Crystal Reports, or Microsoft's Access, you can create management, summary and detail

reports.

The system administration capabilities of EMS put the control of the system in the business units instead of relying on IT for basic changes. This gives IT the ability to focus on larger tasks, while providing the business unit with the responsiveness they need.

The administrative capabilities include creating exceptions, groups of exceptions, all system codes and descriptions, and document creation. More advanced capabilities provide the ability to "program" the system to perform follow on

tasks based on the answer or assignment of an exception to a loan.
