- TeleMortgage - Designed to facilitate the inbound and outbound campaigns for mortgage refinancing and additional product sales. This application makes protecting your customer base easy and helps you identify sales opportunities while providing your customers enhanced service.
- CommCalc - Automates the calculation and tracking of loan officer commissions. Multiple plans and reporting structures can be created alleviating the headaches often associated with this time-consuming process.
- BrokerDB - A full-featured database of information about a mortgage company's third-party originators. Track contacts, fees, branches, wiring instructions, financials and more. BrokerDB even includes
performance tracking reports at the loan level.
- State License Information Manager (SLIM) - Tracks all data pertaining to state licenses including secretary of state addresses, audits, reports, pending changes, disclosures and branch licenses.
