State License Information Manager

Introducing the Personal Information Manager for Compliance, SLIM.  SLIM is your electronic Rolodex, filing cabinet and tickler system for everything related to state requirements for licenses, audits, reports, correspondence, disclosures and pending changes.  SLIM contains information for each state such as the Secretary of State, and important state addresses.  There is a section for recording audit results and follow up tasks as well as pending items for the next audit.  There is a place to track pending legislation and changes for each state.  There is also a miscellaneous section that lets you record conversations and correspondence..

SLIM contains all of your license information for each license type: first, second, home equity and broker.  Numbers, renewal dates and fees about each license give you the central control to make sure you are always in compliance. 

There is also information for specific branch licenses for those states that have that requirement.

One of the powerful features of SLIM is the ability to always know what is coming due.  From audits to license renewals you will always know ahead of time when critical tasks need completion.  The tickler system lets you dynamically select how far in advance you want to review pending items

SLIM gives you the ability to track all state specific disclosure information by product type, including the disclosure name and form and the revision date.  This ensures you know which disclosures are critical for originating which types of loans.

Why should Personal Information Management only be available for sales people?  SLIM is the first PIM for Compliance.
